1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately using the contact details provided below. If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be initiated.

After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the order will be treated as a completed transaction and will not be eligible for cancellation.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of food and snack products, returns are not accepted once the products have been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective or expired

  • An incorrect item was delivered

In such cases, customers must inform GRANNY SNACKS within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

  • Verified damage during transit

  • Incorrect or missing product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect or quality issue confirmed by our team

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement will be initiated as per company discretion.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.

  • In certain cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following situations are not eligible for refund or replacement:

  • Customer dissatisfaction due to taste or preference

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

  • Delays caused by courier partners or external factors

  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery

6. Bulk & Promotional Orders

Orders placed under special promotions, discounts, or bulk purchases may have separate refund or cancellation terms. Such terms will be communicated at the time of purchase and shall override this policy where applicable.
